We typically use Cholla Cactus, Pinecones, Pistachio Shells, Oak, Maple, Cedar, Black Walnut, Hickory, Black Limba, Purple Heart, Cherry, among other. If there's a wood type you'd like, let us know and we will get it or you.

3-5 days after the item is created or longer depending on the complexity of the item.

If the order is not what you ordered, yes, otherwise no. We do not offer returns or exchanges on our items as they are one of a kind. Our cutting boards can be returned if they crack or split for a refund or exchange. If the item is damaged in shipping a claim will be added to the shipper and we will do our best to accommodate you in this situation.

Our standard shipping is in the Lower USA; however, we will consider shipping overseas based on the size of the order. Please send us an email if international shipping is needed. Alaska and Hawaii are also included but a higher shipping cost will be incurred.

Yes! Ship the wood to us after we have decided what you want and we will create your item with that wood.
